OUR STORY

Macho’s Delish Mix officially opened on June 6, 2023 in the Cobbs Creek section of West Philadelphia. The founders had a vision of a clean and healthy Tex-Mex restau­rant that serves authen­tic and fresh food in an atmos­phere that appealed to everyone. From these humble begin­nings Macho's was born. 

While our menu is made up of a com­bi­na­tion of flavors, with recipes and ingre­di­ents from across  Mexico, South Texas and, of course, Philadelphia.  Our founders had a vision to bring FRESH to Tex-Mex, and that com­mit­ment to our food is still the core of every thing we do today. We aspire to offer our community an extensive selection of wholesome salads that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. At Macho’s Delish Mix customization is key. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff serve as a guide through the process of building the perfect salad. Start by choosing from a variety of leafy greens, protein options such as grilled chicken, steak, beef birria, grilled mushrooms or tofu, then add an array of toppings like fresh broccoli, brussel sprouts, beets, and cheeses, and finish it off with a tantalizing dressing from our extensive collection. 

To complement your meal, we offer a selection of freshly blended smoothies and organic juices, ensuring a hydrating and energizing experience. Our beverages are made with the same commitment to quality and are the perfect accompaniment to your meal.
